From Bootcamp 001 on 26 September — the one that sold out. No stock photos, no models.
The two disciplines teach the same thing from different ends. Bouldering makes you read a problem before you touch it; parkour makes you commit to a line once you have. Put together in one morning, they take people who have done neither and leave them moving in a way they did not think was available to them.
Two hours, a small group, and a coach who has taught this to complete beginners, kids and corporate teams. This is the format we opened with in September, and it filled.
The session is run by someone who has spent a decade or more doing this seriously.

Co-founder & Head Coach · Mumbai’s leading movement academy
One of the people who brought parkour to Mumbai in the first place. Rishi co-founded Mumbai Parkour, then the Movement Academy — and he came to it from medicine, which is why his teaching starts with how a body actually loads, lands and absorbs force rather than with the impressive-looking stuff.
He built the academy’s movement-science curriculum and designed its equipment. In practice that means the progressions you are put through are the same ones used with complete beginners, kids and corporate teams — scaled to whoever is standing in front of him. He ran our first bootcamp, which sold out.
Two hours, coached end to end. Get there by 8:50 — we start on time, because the coach is on the clock.
Ten minutes to find the place, drop your things and say hello, so the session itself starts on time.
Mobility first, then the floor: absorbing impact, the safety roll, and coming down off height under control. Unglamorous, and the reason nothing later hurts.
Reading a wall rather than hauling yourself up it — where your feet go, where your weight goes, and why the strongest person in the room is rarely the one who gets furthest.
Vaults, the underbar and a precision jump, drilled one at a time on the rig and scaled to whoever is in front of the coach.
One route you have not tried, attempted properly in front of the group. Then we close and talk about what surprised you.
Not a taster. We picked the few pieces that carry the most weight and drill those, in an order that builds — so two hours actually adds up to something.
Working out the route before you touch it. The thing that separates people who improve from people who get tired.
Where your feet go, and why that matters more than your arms.
How to absorb impact so your knees survive it. The single most useful thing in the session.
For when a landing is bigger than you planned. Taught before anything that needs it.
Clearing an obstacle with one hand and one foot. The vault everything else builds on.
Going through a gap rather than over it. Awkward for ten minutes, then obvious.
Landing exactly where you meant to — on an edge, on a rail, on a mark.
Why your grip fails and what to do about it. Mostly technique, less strength than people assume.
You finish on a route you have not tried, attempted properly in front of the group — and filmed.
Most people get further than they expected, and the ones who do not get further than they would have alone. Either way it is the bit that makes two hours of drills feel like something.
No equipment rental on the side, no surprise add-ons at the door.
The same coach we run our multi-week cohorts with — not a stand-in filling a Saturday slot.
We read every signup and put the group together deliberately. Who you do this next to is half of why it works.
Photos and clips from the session, sent to you afterwards. You’ll have something to show for it.
Everything you need is there. Turn up in clothes you can move in and that’s the whole requirement.
The next bouldering + parkour bootcamp runs on undefined, same format and the same coach. Register now and we’ll hold you a place before it opens to everyone else — this one filled, and the next one will too.
Safer than it looks. Everything is coached, indoors, on mats, and the first thing you learn is how to fall. Rishi came to this from medicine, so the progressions start with how a body absorbs force.
No. Both disciplines are far more about technique and reading the problem than raw strength — the people who struggle most are usually the ones trying to muscle through. Reasonably mobile is enough.
No. The 24th is parkour only, with Cyrus, in Breach Candy. This one is bouldering and parkour together, with Rishi, in Andheri — the format we ran in September. Do one or do both; they are different mornings.
No. The session is built to work whether you’re starting from scratch or you’ve done a bit before — the coach reads the room and scales it to the people in front of him. Nobody gets left behind and nobody sits around bored.
Comfortable clothes you can move in, and a water bottle. Everything else is provided.
₹1,800 instead of ₹2,000 — 10% off — if you book and pay by Friday 16 October. After that it goes back to ₹2,000. The price for two stays ₹3,500 either way.
We do it this way because we need to confirm numbers with the coach and the venue early. Booking sooner genuinely helps us, so it’s worth something to you.
Pay ₹3,500 in one go for the two of you and send us both names on WhatsApp. We’ll keep you together on the day.
Two kinds of people are worth bringing: the one who’ll say yes in four seconds, and the one who’d never consider this in a hundred years. In our experience the second type has the better morning — they arrive with no expectations and leave having surprised themselves.
Message us on WhatsApp to register. We confirm the date once six people are in, then send payment details — nothing is charged before that.
Yes. It’s full bar undefined places, the coach and the range are confirmed, and it goes ahead on Sunday, 25 October.
Tell us as early as you can and we’ll try to move you to the next one. We hold the coach on a fixed cost for the session, so last-minute cancellations are hard to refund — but talk to us rather than just not turning up.
If you make content around movement, fitness, or generally doing hard things on camera — we’d rather have you in the room than advertise at you. We’ll sponsor your spot.
You leave with proper photos and clips of yourself actually doing it. Say whatever you genuinely thought afterwards. We’re not going to script you.
